A transparent process with no fluff: we start with a free intro meeting, then answer in chat and email, run video consultations, and capture the result after every meeting.

Free, up to 30 minutes. We get to know your situation and suggest the right format — a subscription or hourly work.
2. Chat & email
Ask anything — accounting, law, tax, management, IT — and we answer to the point, grounded in current Finnish rules and practice. Reply within 1–2 business days depending on plan.
3. Video consultations
Work through a complex case live with an expert. Included in the Business and Premium plans.
4. Summary & action plan
After each video meeting we send a short summary, an action plan and next steps — so the result is captured, not forgotten.

Do you replace our bookkeeper?
No. A1 Consulting is a competent advisory layer for management and your existing accountant. We help with hard questions, optimisation and structure — your bookkeeper still runs daily kirjanpito. If you don't have one yet, we'll refer you to a partner.
In which languages do you advise?
Russian, English and Finnish. Write to us in any of them — we answer in the same language.
Can I buy a one‑off consultation?
Yes. Any consultation is €200 per hour across every practice. The intro meeting up to 30 minutes is free. Each incomplete hour counts as a full one, but every consultation includes 10 extra minutes at the end to comfortably finish the started hour.
Are my data safe?
Yes. We operate under GDPR and the Finnish Tietosuojalaki. Documents are stored in Finnish/EU data centres, access limited to your assigned consultant.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly subscription, no long‑term lock‑in. Cancel from your account or by emailing mail@a1consulting.site 14 days before the next billing.
